W810i Startup and Shutdown Screens

The answer to this question may already be somewhere in this thread but I cannot find it anywhere. I have been trying to figure out how to replace my startup, shutdown, and Wallpaper on my W810i. I've been reading and found out you have to edit the .png in Photoshop. It doesn't say exactly how or what I need to edit. Can someone please help me.

png is a image format, you need to open up xs++ and look for the start up screen and shutdown screen where its placed ( i forgot atm) but its not hard
as for the photoshop thing thats just to export or save other images in png format

obviously its good for editing images etc.. blah blah

3 item you must change !
SHUTDOWN_IMAGE_SEMC
SPLASH
STARTUP_IMAGE_SEMC
these file there is in tpa/preset/system/setting
if you look you may underestand these files don't have eny extention ! but it's file have extention startup nad shutdown is Gif and splash is png ! but you must rename this file and remove this extention befor puting in your phone !
1st open xs++ and go to fs !
2nd go to tpa > preset > system > setting and backup your orginal files ! when uploud your files ! and shutdown fs
you can see new logo startup and shutdown animation now !
(it's 3 sample file for you . don't forget remove .gif from animations and .png from splash file )

the SHUTDOWN_IMAGE_SEMC is for Shut Down ...
the STARTUP_IMAGE_SEMC is for Start up..
but what is this SPLASH for ??

splash is 1st logo when turn on your phone ! befor you input pin code

If it shows the extensions (eg. SPLASH.png) then just rename the file and remove the .png part.

If it doesn't show the extension, then... (If using Windows XP)
My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View > Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" > OK
Then rename the file as above.

Something cool and new and different, like the vodafone startup for example: it's boring, old ect. What I would like is an animated(moving) sort of startup screen. If you have any? could you share?
